*All monthly subscriptions are a 6 month minimum commitment. Any expenses incurred by Consultant while providing Client with Services will be invoiced to Client in a timely manner. Prior notice will be given before Client is charged. Client will be responsible for fees associated with IRP and IFTA, Taxes/Fees due for State Permits, Heavy Highway Use Tax, Drug and Alcohol Consortium, UCR, and any other fees that may incur.
